Unique Charms Night Tour in Rome.
This tour is such a great way to get to know the city very intimately, for discovering hidden spots and explore stranger places that on my second visit to Rome I was eager to experience.
Me and my friend and traveling companion have decided to visit Vatican City by night and Castel San'Angelo at 5pm in order to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful colours of the illuminated buildings.
Luigi was an excellent guide with lots of interesting facts about the Vatican world as well as the unique and brilliant story of Castel Sant'Angelo while having lots of fun!
We had a great night out with him and would recommend it to anyone.
It's true, Roma is an open-air museum city where you can discover its wonders just wandering around the street by yourself. But it is also true that you get a true sense of the beauty of Rome and you touch the history of the city with own hands if accompanied by a professional guide like our Mister Luigi. We have choosen a classic sightseeing tour: Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna and Spanish Step, Piazza Venezia and Altare della Patria just because, for some of us, that was the first time in Rome. All in all it was a completely new experience and a great success. The city is so beautiful especially if you get the chance to see it at night. Luigi is very skilled, very willing, always attentive and has an easygoing style that makes you feel like you are simple out on a stroll. His knowledge of the city is extensive. I can't wait to get back to Rome and I has already been planned a new tour with them. After The Sunset has done a terrific job and I love to highly recommend it to anyone.

I'm a professional photographer with passion for writing. I'm responsible for developing and planning all of the After The Sunset Tours web-related content which involves curating imagery and texts for the website, blog as well as managing all of our social media platforms. My job allows me to travel a lot and so I don't have a fixed base and my office is my laptop. When not scrolling through web pages you probable can find me at the airport ready for a new destinations and new landscapes to photograph.

I have a deep and ever growing love for art, history, architecture and archaeology and this led me to become a licensed tour guide in Rome and its province and get two master's degrees in Museum education and Protection and enhancement of Cultural Heritage.
Despite many years of academic studies even today I spend a lot of time getting to search out, discover and work passionately on new itineraries and new destinations.
When it's time to say goodbye to my guests (and it is very difficult work sometimes), you can find me at home where my favourite guest - my son - wait for me.

I'm responsible for the Customer Service which involves making sure my customer's holiday is as incredible as possible and tailor making every aspect of the tour to suit their needs and desires. I've lived in Rome for 4 years and it was love at first sight! The city’s mild Mediterranean climate is another persuasive draw for visitors from the cool north, but for me the main draw will always be the pulsating energy of a place which lives life as a form of theatre. I now feel as though I am back in my hometown as soon as I arrive.
